Trevor Morris BA FRSA

Trevor Morris is Visiting Professor in Public Relations at the University of Westminster  and an author, business consultant and mentor. He was formerly the CEO of Chime Communications Public Relations Group, the UK's largest PR group.


In over a quarter of a century in the PR industry he has succesfully built and sold a major PR consultancy with margins of over 30%, been the CEO of the UK's largest PR group, worked for numerous major companies and organisations and written and lectured extensively.  Former colleagues include Lord Tim Bell (former PR advisor  to Prime Minister Thatcher), David Hill (former director of communications for Prime Minister Tony Blair) and Sophie Rhys-Jones (the Countess of Wessex).


He co-authored  'PR - A Persuasive Industry? Spin, Public Relations and the Shaping of the Modern Media,' which is published by Palgrave Macmillan

Trevor maintains a high profile in the industry.  PR Week describes him as one of the most influential people in PR.

His lecturing experience includes undergraduate and post graduate courses at the University of Wesminster, Exeter University, The Sorbonne, Tsinghua University, John Hopkins and Richmond-The American International University where he is an Associate Professor
